Today, a lot of people are inclined towards healthiness and the above-mentioned safety concerns. One of the most important factors for health would be “food”.

 But, regrettably, Laos market is flooded with agrichemical-food and imported products.  So we aim to change this situation, and we started farming in 2012 in order to produce safe and healthy fine-foods for Laos.

 Since it, we have been particular about  the quality of farm products.

For vegetables, we improve the soil, using the organic fertilizer and groundwater. For meat, we have our own cattle farm, feed appropriate food to offer appropriate environment. And, we grow them with staffs’ loving care.

 Phutawen Farm wishes that we could contribute to people’s richer and healthier life.

　今日のラオスでも、「健康」に関する意識は高まってきています。

最近ではとりわけ、「食の安全」「健康のための食べもの」が、人々の関心を集めています。

　しかしその一方で、ラオスの市場は、農薬をたくさん使って育てられた輸入野菜が多くを占めています。それらは安価で見た目も良いですが、必要以上に農薬を散布してつくられているケースが多くあります。

　そこで、私たちは健康で安全な国内産の野菜作りを目指して、2012年に農業に取り組み始めました。私たちは、食物の品質にこだわり、野菜栽培と畜産を行っています。

野菜栽培では、土壌改良から始まり、有機肥料を使い、農場内の地下水をくみ上げ、野菜栽培を行っています。また、畜産では、ラオスで一般的な放牧ではなく、牛舎を設け、適切なエサの管理、飼育の管理を行っています。そして、何よりスタッフが心を込めて、野菜の栽培も家畜の飼育も行っています。

こうして、私たちは自信をもって、ラオスの人々に健康で安全、そしておいしい食べ物を提供したいと思っています。
